The Professional Couriers — complaining about not delivering the package

Address:Panna, Madhya Pradesh, 488001

The courier package had already reach the panna (Destination centre) but the person assigned to it is deliberately nit delivering the package. The package has reached 10 days ago. Also he wants me to pick up the package by self instead of delivering to the address... I have also sent too many mails to their bosses but didn't get any fruitful remedy.

Hi i have not recieved my courier yet. Please do the need. I have called the customer care and they are not responding. Please understand the pain of customer who has paid the amt and waiting for the product because of the ignorance of courier companies
