Hi Team,

This is to complaint about the parcel which my friend (Vinod) had sent from Tarikere to Bangalore. Considering this present situation of Covid lockdown we had clearly asked whether we can get the parcel delivered at least to the nearest place of delivery address? But now the delivery office at Bangalore says that we need to go to the courier office to collect the parcel. This is not really fare because if they would have informed there is no door delivery at this present situation we could have postponed of sending the parcel. So please communicate the reality instead of giving such fake commitments which will effect the reputation of such a good organization.

Updated by Antonymories The parcel which was sent by my friend from Tarikere to Bangalore was an apple mac Book. It was sent by a premium PRO category with intention of getting the parcel delivered with care but the courier team collected extra charges and delivered the parcel but it was damaged the laptop is worth of Rs 150000 and the display is damaged completely. I request you to please look in this issue with priority and hope to here from you soon.
