The Professional Couriers — complaint about non delivery of letter even with repeated follow up

I was to receive the letter from kr nagar bearing your tracking no. Krn2833568 and courier booked on dtaed[protected].
It was arrived on[protected] and i spoke with your office on mob no.[protected] and it was in turn told and shared the mobile no. Of delivery boy mr balaji mob no.[protected] he promised for delivery on dtaed [protected]@12-00 hrs he could not come i called him then he promised to deliver @1500 hrs he could not come then again i called him now he was telling me to come and collect from professional courier office.

My concern is how can a delivery boy can tell the customers to come and collect the letters.
Pl see the as name suggest professional you should manage the service in that passion only.
