I'm facing very worst customer service from professional courier. My parcel been sent by Tuesday 6-Oct and keep on tracking in online. I called many times to Palakad head office and chotur branch too. No proper response received. I got a information from Chittur branch as no service providing on Saturday and sunday.you may get your parcel by Monday. My courier sent as PRO for urgent work with important docs. Its been 5 days now, no proper response received. Very worst customer service. Still they are not calling to the given mobile number, harshly treating when reach them for inquiring. I want to file a complaint on this issue and need proper response. I wil post this issue in social media too for worst service. After 5 days, they are telling like, you can come and collect it directly from office, what nonsense answer why should I go for collection my parcel, what logic to run courier office in this worst manner.
