I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the unprofessional behaviour and lack of support I have experienced at your Thanjavur office.
On 27th October 2025, I had sent a courier through The Professional Couriers. Unfortunately, I misplaced the receipt and approached the same branch to request a duplicate copy. However, instead of offering proper assistance, the staff have been repeatedly redirecting me from one person to another for the past few days, without any accountability or resolution.
Their attitude and response were unprofessional and dismissive, which is disappointing from a reputed courier company like The Professional Couriers. I expect basic customer service courtesy and responsibility when a genuine concern is raised.
I kindly request you to:
1. Take necessary action against the concerned staff for their unprofessional behaviour.
2. Ensure better customer handling and accountability at the branch.
3. Provide me with confirmation that my complaint has been recorded and escalated to the appropriate team.
Please treat this complaint seriously, as such incidents negatively affect the trust customers place in your services.
