The Professional Couriers — consignment not reached | |||
I have booked a consignment on 26 feb 2019 from professional courier for the destination mannargudi. Consignment number maa[protected]. But even after 8 days it has not reached the final destination. The web site is showing the material is at thanjavur. But no one at thanjavur professional courier neither picks up the call to answer nor trying to resolve the issue. It is lingering on for the last few days. If i contact the chennai regional office they simply tell that you contact the booking office. I have never experienced such a worst service from a reputed and experienced courier company. I think nowadays the services are diminishing in professional courier. I dont know who can help me out?
