The package was sent from BLR to TN on 25th June, status shows it is still in BLR south. I called the customer care number and none of the numbers are working(invalid number). I called to Bombay, Gurgaon and everyone are redirecting to website. Finally, after lot of hassle spoke to a gentleman who provided the courier no in TN. I called the TN office and found that package is still in BLR. This time he provided me two telephone numbers of backyard and both the numbers are switched off. I am back to square one again, from where I started.
I don't know whom to contact and how to proceed further.
This company with so much customer complaints should be banned and fined heavily. In india only people take customers for granted and don't even apologize or take any corrective actions. Was this information helpful? |
