The Professional Couriers — Courier didn't deliver as said by pickup point representative

Booked the courier on 11th Dec 2021 (consignment number HYD[protected], the person at pickup point said it will be delivered by 13th Dec 2021. But didn't delivered on time, still it is in transit.

Missed the purpose of the courier now.

Totally wasted my time and money.
