The courier which has been sent from chennai to banglore on[protected] is lost and no proper response is given for 20 days. The information that it is lost is informed only on[protected] after following up with them regularly. They did not respond properly. The way they were attending the clients was so unprofessional that they were rude at times. They informed us a complaint was raised to check in all the branches in bangalore. But when we contacted one of the branches they informed no such complaints was raised.

I haven't received the courier yet. The ref no DEL[protected]. FROM Delhi it had booked on 5th Feb 19 to Malebennur. But yet I haven't received. When I call to [protected] this no they are telling we don't know about that . I am going to lodge complaint in judiciary if you don't clear my query within today. My no [protected].
