My courier no. Srt-7972772, has been sent via professional courier 10 days ago, sent it has not been received at destination, when asked about this issue in courier center, they simply told, your courier is missing The professional courier saying, the courier bag itself fell down from the vehicle and missing, they are searching for the past 10 days! How irresponsible answer is this? How can a bag can fall down from a locked vehicle? There is no answer from the courier center or not from customer center till now!
