Kind Attention: Customer Care Team. I have booked my material through professional courier Premium AWB # PRO10712317 on 6th October 2020 from Mumbai for Bangalore. It is highly surprised to note that my parcel is not delivered on 13th October 2020 till this point of time. When I tried to track, it shows that same was delivered on 8th October 2020. When I tried to call on customer care number, it is continues busy. This is very high concern for me that your courier service is very unprofessional and there is no proper functioning to ensure the materials are delivered at destination.
