Dear team, Yesterday we have booked the courier pod no:1521646 in namagiripet near to rasipuram and the receiver address is kodumudi pin - 638151, still the parcel is not received and there is no response from customer care service and local professional courier office.. Missed small box in this cover, i called kappalur courier office he was not responsible answer, that small box very important for me

I had sent a courier through professional courier( Ref no: BIL[protected] on[protected] from bhilai and in status it is showing reached visakhapatnam on[protected], but till now it was not delivered to destination. I had tried concerned persons for inquiry in vizag but poor response. Kindly do the needfull
