The Professional Couriers — Courier not received on time

My dad sent me a courier from chennai to bangalore on 20th april 2017 and it reached bangalore-kempapura by 11:23, 21st april 2017. But courier was not delivered. When enquired on 24th april, they gave me a answer saying delivery guy was not available and so courier could not be delivered and hung up the phone. I called back again and asked why did he hung up the phone, don't you know manners, he said mind your tongue and your courier will be delivered only tomorrow and hung up the phone again. Its been 3 working days (Fri, sat and monday) and my courier is still not delivered. If its taking so long then i would have gone to chennai and collected it directly. Why unnecessarily courier, if these guys are not delivering courier on time. That guy was not customer-friendly. Worst courier service.
