I shipped a PC in 3 Cartons (1 Monitor + 1 Monitor + PC) from Agra to Bangalore via The Professional Courier, Consignment details are given below:

Shipped Date: 24 March 2022.
Firstly they Missed one of my packages. Even they don't know where it is. The other 2 Packages were delivered in bad conditions and torn.
One of my monitors (Samsung Odyssey G7 32 Inches) was broken into pieces. It looked like someone has played football with it.
Then I went through their website to look into the claim process. This is what I found "Our liability in case of any loss or damage shall not exceed Rs. 100/-.". And the price of monitor is 55, 000.
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME IN GETTING MY CLAIM PROCESS OR TEACH THEM A LESSON.
