Has courier my few gourmet food items, dresses and other regular important stuffs through your courier service (track id BLR[protected] from Devanahalli, Bengaluru(Karnataka) against PIN-562110 to Parsudih, Jamshedpur(Jharkhand) PIN-831002 on 5th of March 2022, which was further kept at booking centre for 2 days and sent forward at 7th March 2022.
After receiving my parcel at a delay of three days I received my parcel on 15.03.2022 with full damage products because of careless attitude of your staffs.There is a mouse attack on my food items, packets are torn off my tshirt has been damaged and to my bad luck the majority items I couriered can't be of any use now. It is clearly visible that after a damage the staffs has tried to put another board on the side to hide it.
I have trusted your services which failed to keep it's word. I need a help from your side I needed help and mailed twice and also called and informed but my concern is still unattended. I have attatched all the proofs below.
