The Professional Couriers — Delay in courier delivery and non response to calls | |
It seems the professional couriers is the most unprofessional courier. My consignment started its journey from Kerala on 17 June 2021 and it hasn't reached me at Pune, till 28 June 2021. From the tracking data, it is known that the consignment was held in Kochi for 06 days and now it again stuck at Mumbai for 04 days. Mumbai - Pune is just 150 km and if you do not have logistics between this much close cities, how can a customer depend on you? Was this information helpful? | |
