Every time we make a phone call or goes to branch to collect the parcel. For example courier number blr[protected] not deliverd still 4.30 pm 18.07.2019 and we visited ur branch at shankar mata road shimoga and we personally collected the article. Worst service given by ur courier delivery staff. Please check and avoide unnecessary delay in delivery the article. We asked ur courier delivery person and he informed that article available in shankar mata branch shimoga and please collect it and afterwords no response from delivery staff.
