The Professional Couriers — delay in shipment | |||
Date of incident: 13th may 2019 Client name: professional couriers, airoli, navi mumbai. Description of incident: I have one shipment with professional couriers (Tracking number - ixu26595) from aurangabad to navi mumbai (Airoli, digha naka). The consignment was reached to airloli office on 9th may 2019. Till today (13th may 2019) the delivery was not given by airoli office. When i inquired for the same, two associates of airoli office (Mr. Pravin bagave & varsha chavan) argued with me & instead of supporting me to avail the courier, mr. Pravin suggested me to do the complaint & he will not support me. Resolution of complaint: as consignment was containing the important data, delay has caused the loss of money. I had sent a courier on may3 from Bangalore... To Delhi..but on May 6 it got delivered in Bangalore in some other place... For 1.7kg they took around 400/- I thought they will deliver properly to given address... I am unhappy... I want my product back which I had sent
