I am residing in guntur. I have to receive a courier dispatched from chennai to guntur (Andhra pradesh) in 5 working days. But not recieved even after 10 days. I called them no.[protected] [protected]/34 to deliver but they are not responding. I asked continously and i told them i will complaint but they simply told me that go and give complaint anywhere we dont care about it. Is this the way to respond? It shows their careless ness. I am requesting you to take complaints seriously.

Today an employee came to deliver my package in salem, where my father aged 70 was there, he was rude in handling my father and took back the parcel and said that you come and collect it at our office

Is this the way u handle the customer
Totally rude and disrespectful towards a senior citizen
