The Professional Couriers — Delayed delivery of food items.. Spoiled everything

My consignment no ixu24542.. Containing food item dispatched from aurangabad to delhi on 9th may and was supposed to deliver in four days which was received today after 10 days. All food items spoiled. Pls look into this matter and do needful. I want refund of everything and give some punishment to concerned people who was dealing with this consignment.. Dr vandana kabra

Very very bad experience with professional courier.. got my second consignment to Delhi no IXU24686 got box open and all content inside was spoiled..pls solve the issue soon..i hope customer care will look into this matter seriously.. local profesional courier of Aurangabad not taking it seriously which is giving more bad experience.. Pls resolve my issue immediately.. thanks vandana kabra
