The Professional Couriers — delivered to wrong address and not resolved for 10 days

My tracking number is maa[protected]. The tracking result shows it is delivered on 4th april 2019. However, it is not delivered to me so far till 12th april 2019. I called the kundalahalli, bangalore professional courier office 20 times and the customer care more than 20 times. No body responds and care about the customer. Still the item is missing?
The item couriered is missing now and shall i give a complaint in consumer court against professional couriers.

I sent a parel from karur to chennai on 6 th april 2019. It contains 4 products in total. I packed it perfectly in a new box. But delivery boy delivered it in a repacked box. Im using professional couriers for a long time.. people in chennai customer care is very rude. They are not answering my queries. Disappointed.
