The Professional Couriers — Delivery and customer service very unprofessional

Two times it has happened, that my courier has reached Bangalore 3-4 days back and after I called 3-4 times on their customer service, they would try to deliver. No professionalism in the customer service, they will keep the call on hold or simply disconnect without providing a solution.

This is to bring to your notice that we have dispatched one business proposal file from our Vasai location from IndusInd bank to vashi state ofic on 13.04.2017 and till today i.e18.4.17 they have not received.we wanted to know that who will have the control on all these negligence & behavior of professional courier & who wl bear the loss for delay
