The Professional Couriers — delivery executive holds the parcel & not delivering

Delivery Executive is not delivering the parcel & holding it since 23rd August 2018, and misbehaved to family, and asking us to collect the parcel on road in some remote area & asked for additional money, which is paid already.

We tried reaching Professional customer care, but all efforts are in vain.
