The Professional Couriers — delivery of product not received | |||
My courier was sent from chennai to hyderabad and per the status tracker it was received in the hyderabad, miyapur office on 24/08/2018. The branch is within 1km from my place of residence. I'm a 68 year old person and the branch is at 2nd floor. I cannot climb upstairs and carry the package. Hence, was relying on the door deliver service. Today is 29/08/2018 and still have not received my parcel. Contacted the hyderabad branch office more than 20 times, contacted chennai customer care more than 20 times. No body gave me a proper response and diverted my call to multiple people. This was not the first time. This has been happening for the past 3 months. I get a parcel every month from chennai. When contacting the hyderabad, miyapur branch they asked me to come and collect the parcel if i need it. If i could go and carry the package home i wouldnt have paid for their service. Again when i contacted the miyapur branch they mentioned the package is placed behind and will not be able to take it. Was this information helpful? | |||

Not delivering parcel since four months and answering rudely and they blocked my phone number for asking them to send my parcel
