Courier given to send to ahmedabad from jadcherla location, telangana on 18/09/2017 by speed delivery option with 180 rs charge and promised to deliver by 24 rs. But till courier details are not updated in the system to track.. Called hyd location care.. They are not even bothered about for what they paying for salary. Local courier is not responding and not even lifting the call. Docket number is jcl5278053. If you people are not capable to provide the service pls stop the business.

Updated by ashok.busireddypally It is an emergency to reach the courier by Sunday morning. It has been five days still we are not able to locate the courier present status.

Updated by ashok.busireddypally Given a complaint in service provider page..got a message saying that.. Your complaint CRM188711 in respect of AWB JCL5278053 has been accepted. Our customer executive will reach you shortly. Team - Professional... Now I understood that word shortly means it is a avg time of about 5 hr and above time.

Courier has been sent from tirupur to bangalore. The package had 9 t-shirts out of which 2 are missing. The package cover has been opened and it is stuck by tape and the stapler pins are missing. We are very disappointed by this type of service from professional couriers. We request you to take necessary actions
