Hi,
My name is Sheeja Esaiazhagan, I sent my parcel to pondicherry Lawspet from Navi mumbai Panvel. On 7th may the employee filled my receipt with wrong Kg and when asked to weigh he refused and said we are charging 1200 for every box, and wrote down 12kg in the receipt when asked he said its more than 10kgs I can see I said ok and left paying money, the same box was weighed in pondicherry branch and I could see it just 5kg, why the employee cheated by saying it is more than 10kg and charged me 1200rps. I wanted to report this cheating to our local police to file a complaint against professional courier for cheating me,
Why is professional courier cheating the customers, Please take a strict action.
