The Professional Couriers — fraud and rude behavior | |||
I had given a courier of 5.390kg on the 20th of september 2018. I wanted it to reach within 2 days so i asked them to courier it by air, and Rs 900 was taken from me but then the company firstly cheated by couriering it by road and then when asked about it spoke very rudely to us and said they will not get it delieved to the person but then ask the company to send the courier back to us. This is such a bad service. Firstly, they made a fraud towards us and then their rude behavior. They are not willing to even share the status of the courier. Was this information helpful? | |||

This is for your information that kindly resolve the issue regarding earlier complaint ID-CRM236565 which is closed without the intimation regarding complaint given against the AWB NO. BLR[protected] which is not yet resolved and customer may approach OMBUDSMON CASE.
