Hi Team, Goods worth Rs.2000 were sent for Chennai (destination) through professional courier at Bhagalpur, Bihar on 21st Jun'21 through Air mode. It was promissed that the goods would be delivered within 3 days. But the actual delivery took place only after 5 days due to which the good were totally damaged by Rats in transit.
