The Professional Couriers — Hidden Charges.

Actually my friend couriered one item from Bangalore, 17th may 2021, with order id :BLR[protected]. On 26th may afternoon delivery agent called to me and told sir your order is came you need to come and collect. so, i said the time is now 2 PM we can't come outside because of lockdown. I told 27 may morning i will come early and collect the order. once i reached to shop delivery agent is telling pay 50 rupees to me then only i will give your order otherwise not. Actually i paid delivery fee 110 in the starting only. again he is asking extra 50 for his commission. this is really not good. Money amount is less but it's happening to so many members.
