The courier was an urgent as it was for a painting Competition and supposed to be deliver on or before 9th OCTOBER.
Before initiating this courier, I asked Professional courier (Electronic city Bangalore) representative that when the courier will be delivered. They confirmed me that if I go for pro premium service which is a special service with higher cost, then this item will be delivered by 9th Oct for sure. But yesterday (9th Oct) the courier company informed that they can't deliver before Monday because of Durga Puja road block. If road is blocked then how come courier will be delivered on Monday, still Durga Puja is not over. Looks like it's total unprofessionalism and calasness of the courier company.
Before taking such urgent courier they must check the feasibility whether really they will be able to deliver it or not by the scheduled time. Now if it's get delivered on Monday (9th October) it makes no difference for me as this painting will not be considered for the competition.
Today is 10th October and I can see in the professional courier tracking portal that the item has not been delivered yet. Hence I need my full refund and penalty charges for my harrassment along with the item untouched condition at my location Bangalore. Also I would like to see a strong action against this company for such casual attitude, missing their deliver commitment, making custome as a fool by getting extra money with below graded service for customer's deliverable.
