Ref:hrd37626568 dated 25th july Professional courier New item worth rs 12000/- was shipped from bangalore to dharwad on 25th july 2018 Item weight was above 750 gm. Courier charge is rs.90/- that means item was heavy Courier person delivered one paper & got the signature from an old man We had called immediately the person who delivered & he acknowledges that only one paper had come from bangalore to dharwad & same he delivered on 27th We also contacted the booking center they do acknowledge about the weight of the item & accordingly they had charged rs90/- otherwise normal charge is rs 50/- When inquired, the weight that is registered is 100gm. This means this is stolen by professional courier team. There is no response to emails & complaint raised crm229036 Was this information helpful? | |||
