The Professional Couriers — Lost My Package By Courier Service

My original Degree Certificate has sent by University to my Home address is Lost by Professional Courier. When i asked to the local service provider they said very simple as we lost it.
Please i request you to Find and Provide me original Degree certificate.

Tracking ID is - BGM17046930

Many complaints i logged though email to the HO of Courier service. still there is no response.
