The Professional Couriers — lost of parcel | |||
This is in regard my parcel which was lost by professional courier company. It is almost 4 months & no response from their end neither to solve it or to refund it. Four months ago i gave one parcel which was supposed to be delivered to chomu jaipur, but in transit they lost it. Now in that parcel it was health supplement which was bought for 4500rs from ebay. After following the office for few days one the customer executive got in touch with me his name was shailesh from complaint department, after conversation he told me we will refund ur amount if we didnt find it, now after few weeks again i reminded him but again same reply we have forwarded ur refund request, & now the scenario is that even he is not picking up my number nor replying. It is almost 4 months & they are not interested in resolving my issue. I don't know when i am going to get my dues. Plz look fwd in this matter.
