The Professional Couriers — Lost the product and very bad response on that | |||
I send a courier to chennai on last wednesday 17th jan, and was not delivered till saturday. I was not able to track the courier in site also. Hence i called them on sunday to ask about that. I got very bad response from the team. It was designed dress as per order i received from my clients. I already delayed the delivery which may affect my business. Today, 24th jan i came to know from that the courier packet is lost from them. It is not accounted in any of their branches and their response is very bad on this. My effort became useless in my business. Now i need to refund my customers also. Irresponsible and irritating courier service, i will never prefer or recommend professional courier in my lifetime.
