The Professional Couriers — MAA[protected] PACKAGE not delivered and reckless response in courier office

As i have received paper rolls from Hitachi payment pvt ltd, chennai . package were not at all delivering to customer . Even if customer going to collect package for courier office @nellore staff is very irresponsible and talking in very rude manner suggesting to come again and again for collecting the package .

Still the package they have not handed over yet
