We have dispatched a courier from trivandrum – fort (Kerala) office vide lr number tvm9389118 dtd 16.05.2019 to cochin. We have checked with professional couriers trivandrum office that they couldn’t give us a proper evidence on the receipt of material. Neither the party has not received the consignment. They have tried contacting customer care number and nobody was responding for a long time. We are being regularly sending couriers on different locations and not expecting such a unprofessional approach from m/s. Professional couriers. Still now the materials seems to be undelivered.
