The Professional Couriers — missing package, false delivery update and unprofessional customer care

I had sent a parcel weighing 4 Kgs from Bangalore to Pune on the 19th of December 2017. The consignment number is BLR[protected]. It should have reached within 3 days. One month later despite repeated complaints and numerous phone calls I was told casually that the entire lot sent out on the 19th of December from Bangalore was missing. Nothing was done from their part to resolve this issue. On January 24th the online status of my parcel was updated to 'DELIVERED' to receiver :'self'. I know for a fact that this parcel had not been delivered and upon calling the Pune office I was informed that the parcel did not even enter Pune and that this was a false update on their website. This is unacceptable behaviour on their part. I have paid for this service, voluntarily handed over my belongings only to have it taken from me with no explanation as to its whereabouts. Is my parcel missing or delivered?

The least you can do is provide a refund to make up for the pathetic unprofessional service.
