We sent a parcel via Professional Courier with Consignment Number as PRO7782737.
It was sent on 12th November 2018 as an urgent delivery.
Today, on 15th November, I did not receive it by afternoon so I checked online to track it and found since 13th November there is no update on my package status.
I raised a complaint on the website CRM249266. Within sometime I got an SMS status that the my complaint has been resolved and closed. I tracked my package again and found that the status is updated stating that it was delivered on 14th November at 5pm and given to SECURITY.
I checked with each and every security personnel in my building, no one has recieved it. There is no entry for the courier guy in the building register. My house has video calling system, I checked the record, no one made a visit to my house to deliver the package.
I found the Pune Sanas Wadi branch details and called on the given number [protected] to inquire. The person asked me he does not know anything about the same, and was shocked how I even found his number.
I tried to log another complaint on the website, but the form keeps giving error about "Enter all details" - despite of filling in every field.
Hence, I am stuck here and need some immediate and serious attention towards this unprofessional behavior.
