[Resolved]  The Professional Couriers — missing parcel, no records update

My courier was booked on 17th aug 2018 at hyderabad, final destination is bulandshahr. after 4 days traking record is still same as dispatched.
Nobody knows where the parcel is, parcel costs 6000inr.

I called up delhi regional office for confirmation of rcvng parcel, but they have not rcvd any parcel.
I have called hyderabaad regional office yesterday, they said i will rcv today, but not rcvd, then i called today, they are saying for 2maro.
