The Professional Couriers — Mobile phone theft in parcel service | |||||
My father received a parcel through professional courier. When the parcel was opened, it was shocking to see the Mobile phone was missing. Only Headset and charger alone was in the box. He went to the courier office to register a complaint, But the booking people in your office didn't accept the complaint and instead asked him to come on next day and meet the manager. They have specifically taken the mobile phone inside the parcel. Checked with the manager and he asked to register/sent a email to the booking station (Madurai). So I have sent email complaint to the courier office but till now not even a response from the booking station (Madurai). Very irresponsible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
