Consignment number - pro11635150 1. Multiple followup emails have been sent. 2. Raised a complaint in the professional courier customer care 3. Called up the local ( chennai ) professional courier office many times and explained the issue. 4. Raised a comlaint in consumer complaints forum raising this complaint again.
