[Resolved] The Professional Couriers — My medicines were booked for delivery and its not progressing from transit

We had some courier done from Banglore professional to kasaragod professional on dec 31 and it’s been 10days and the courier is still In transit at the last point . The customer care do not repsond they are either switched off or busy every time and when we call They say they are down on network they keep saying the product is in transit and so not a sure the delivery and we keep waiting . Jan 12, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved The company did pretty much what they were supposed to I had to make multiple calls to head office and then get it done delivered bunch of folks kept lying in the company they need monitoring The Professional Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
