Hi, My parcel which was dispatched from mumbai-vile parle to howrah is not yet delivered. It was booked on 6th april. And the parcel reached kolkata hub and now the status is showing holding from 8th april. The tracking number is vpl[protected].. Please do something.. The parcel was very urgent. I don't know why the company is not delivering the consignment and is just holding it from 3days. And no one is picking up the phone in howrah and kolkata office. What to do now? Please help.
