The Professional Couriers — My parcel was theft by staff in Ramdurg branch

My parcel from (25/5/2022)Bangalore to Ramdurg,
Consignment no HRD31312506
Parcel contains Mobile Phone (OnePlus) which cost around 40000/-. And one sim also charger.
We also given declaration to that parcel at Koramangala branch (BDA Complex).
It was reached Ramdurg on 26th same month, but Ramdurg branch staff said that they don't have that parcel in their office. And now they says that one of their courier boy was quiet the job on 27/5/2022 he may be kept him self that parcel and he ran away from Ramdurg. Please try to get my parcel back or do compensation for that other wise I will file case against The professional courier in consumer court...
