The Professional Couriers — Neither been delivered to the designated address nor has been returned to me

This is to inform you that I had booked a packet for courier with your company vide way no. DEL[protected] on 4-2-2016. The address to which the packet was to be couriered was Vserve, 27/2, LIC Colony wali road, Jhilmil Industrial Area, Dilshad Garden, Delhi - 110 095. However, it has been over 3 weeks and the packet has neither been delivered to the designated address nor has been returned to me. I am attaching herewith a few screenshots of the status of the packet (WAY NO.DEL[protected]/ DRS No.- DDEL[protected]on various dates as per your own website. Please look into the matter and inform me accordingly as soon as possible.
