No. bbmp 38, 1st floor, r. k. sridhar complex, near uthyalamma temple, nagavarpalaya main road, c v raman nagar 560093 branch doesn't delivery on time nor inform about arrival. instead, i have to call and enquire and the person will ask me to collect in person. this has been happening past 4 or 5 years. i wonder what type of service you are providing and you charge for the delivery. i sent a parcel on oct 27, was said would reach by 28th. it is 31st, still not reached. can you please look into this. thank you. On 26th courier status shows the status as "Dispatched to Arurangabad". But till now no parcel delivered.
No proper response from company. Also no valid customer care number also.
