The Professional Couriers — No information on my parcel | |
I'm Swapna from chennai and I have posted a courier via professional courier service at 19th June (Saturday) from Chennai to Nagapattinam. It even dispatched and the local Nagapattinam courier office have received it on 21st June ie on Monday. It's been three days I'm calling the customer care service of Nagapattinam but seems like there number is wrong and I also got a guy number and he is not at all picking up the cal/. Daily I used to call the customer service number at chennai and people are really making me frustrated with their carelessness. They will say " WE WILL AND GET BACK TO YOU" but for the entire day they will not call or msg to intimate me. Today I spoke to a lady, who was so arrogant towards me and IS THAT WAY THE CUSTOMER NEED TO ADDRESSED!? till now I'm so depressed with the behaviour of your team. Im really feel bad that they have humiliated me . Im a customer here and I'm enquiring about my order but they think I'm lending for there asset.I need a proper answer whether i can wait for my product or I must forget it. Im embarrassed with customer service and FYI- I have couriered product which should be handled with care.i appreciate if I atleast now get a proper and kind reply from you guys. I would like to ESCALATE this complaint as I'm waiting with no information from your end. CID -MAA[protected] I know it's a PANDEMIC SITUATION, but here I'm talking about the responsibility.
