WE HAVE BOOKED A PARCEL FROM MUMBAI TO KOLKATA ON 25/01/2019 AND TILL TODAY EVENING NO PROPER RESPONSE IS AVAILABLE NEITHER AT KOLKATA OFFICE NOR AT MUMBAI OFFICE THEY HAVE CHARGED 1080/- AS SERVICE CHARGES WHICH IS THE MOST PREMIUM SERVICE CHARGES BUT FOR DELIVERY THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY TIMELINE THE SAID PARCEL WAS VERY URGENT TO BE REACHED BY TODAY BUT IN VAIN. worst services experiences the professional courier is the most unprofessional service provider i have experienced.
