The Professional Couriers — non delivery of courier even after 10 days | |||
It is really hopeless and pathetic experience we have received from professional courier. We have booked a parcel from your banglore office with docket no. Blr[protected] on[protected] for varanasi. But till date the parcel is not received here in varanasi. We have enquired everywhere in banglore as well as varanasi offices but the staff are very rude. They have no etiquette to talk to a customer. Even they are not ready to tell the status of the same. Its already 7 days now and we think the parcel is lost. Kindly confirm on the same. Your website complaint logging also not working. Also your most of the contact nos. Are no reply or not in use. Waiting for the courier since 5 days. If called customer care they are asking me to wait. If called to kundallahalli office they say that it is not there in office even though the tracking system shows that it is reached kundalahalli office. Please help to trace and delivery parcel at most urgent.
