The Professional Couriers — Non responsiveness of customer queries | |
I sent a consignment from Chennai to Hyderabad through The Professional Couriers vide airway bill ref: MAA[protected] dated 20th April'21. However, i do not know whether the consignment has been delivered yet. When I checked the status in the TPC website, it is always showing "Compilation Error". I approached the customer support team on 07th May and requested for proof of delivery of the consignment. However I am awaiting a response from the TPC team till now (14th May'21 19:30 hrs) I sincerely believe that it is the right of the customer to know the status of the consignment and it is the duty of the company to make their customer informed of. Furthermore, the requested details can be fetched from the company's server in no time and therefore this delay in response is a complete ignorance of the TPC customer support team. I request you to kindly intervene and take necessary action against Professional Couriers to provide the details on priority. Thanks and Regards, R.
